Thomas Meilleur

Thomas Meilleur is an aviation executive with over 40 years of experience in northern and regional air operations and more than 10,000 hours of flight time in Northern Ontario, bringing deep operational knowledge and a strong commitment to safety and community service. He spent ten years with the NSA and has served as Regional Manager for Air Ontario, Austin Airways, and Air Dale, leading operational improvements across multiple regions and developing extensive expertise in remote aviation. Now serving as Executive Vice President, Tom continues to drive organizational performance and reliable northern air service, working closely with First Nations to identify opportunities for economic sustainability. He also serves as Chair of the Northern Ontario Aviation Committee, collaborating with northern aviation partners, regional carriers, technical experts, First Nation leadership, and the thousands of community members who depend on safe, reliable air transportation across Northern Ontario.
