Mitchell Farrell Malcolm, P.Eng., GSC, PMP is an engineer and project manager focused on delivering Indigenous-led infrastructure projects that support long-term community ownership and economic development. He is a Partner at Spruce River Construction Management & Engineering, where he supports First Nations and Indigenous-led groups on projects ranging from broadband networks and housing to roads, community facilities, and economic development ventures across Ontario. Mitchell’s work is grounded in economic reconciliation through practical project delivery, helping communities deliver projects that support long-term ownership, local capacity, and lasting economic benefit. Having worked in heavy civil construction, municipal operations, and telecommunications leadership, he brings a ground-level understanding of how projects succeed, or fail, once they move from drawings to reality.
