Kody Penner

Kody Penner is Vice President of Corporate Development at Nations Royalty and a seasoned mining professional with experience spanning major and junior mining companies, capital markets, and Indigenous economic development. He has progressed from working as an underground miner to senior strategy roles, including at Teck Resources, and previously served as Vice-Chair of the Tahltan Nation Development Corporation. Kody holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and is committed to responsible resource development that benefits both communities and shareholders.
