John has spearheaded impactful projects ranging from improving public housing efficiency in Sudbury to supporting large-scale hydroelectric development with SaskPower. For more than two decades, he has served as a trusted advisor to First Nations organizations across Ontario and Saskatchewan, fostering strong partnerships and advancing sustainable, community-driven growth.

His career is marked by innovation and leadership, including launching Canada’s first home energy audit program at Ontario Hydro and designing transformative initiatives such as the Aboriginal Conservation Program at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO).
