Henry Wall is the Chief Executive Officer and partner at Steenhof engineering and Boreal Investments. He is a Senior Executive leader with over 18 years of experience working with municipalities, First Nation communities, and provincial/federal partners to develop community housing, health, and community wellness programs and  infrastructure projects. Mr. Wall is the Former CEO of the Kenora District Services Board, leading major system transformations across housing, EMS, child care, early years, and human services. Recognized for collaborative leadership, First Nation relationship-building, large‑scale capital project delivery, and strengthening community wellness systems.
