Connor Dube-Crawford

Connor Crawford is an Indigenous entrepreneur and construction executive based in Northern Ontario and the co-owner of Crawford Mechanical Ltd., an Indigenous-owned mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial services contractor. Alongside his brother and business partner, Garret Crawford, Connor has helped grow the company into a trusted contractor delivering complex industrial, mining, commercial, and community infrastructure projects across remote and northern regions of Ontario.

Connor brings a hands-on leadership approach with strengths in project management, estimating, procurement, and strategic partnerships, maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control. He is known for building dependable teams and executing demanding scopes in challenging environments.

As an Indigenous business leader, Connor is deeply committed to economic reconciliation, Indigenous employment, apprenticeship training, and long-term community partnerships. He is actively focused on expanding the company into unionized and federally contracted work, positioning Crawford Mechanical for sustainable growth while creating lasting opportunities for Indigenous communities.
