Bava Dhillon

Bava Dhillon is a First Nations leader, entrepreneur, and economic development strategist with extensive experience advancing Indigenous-led businesses and partnerships across Canada. A former elected leader of Sapotaweyak Cree Nation (Treaty 4) and a nominee for Grand Chief of the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, he works at the intersection of Indigenous governance, private capital, and community ownership. Bava has helped establish and advise Indigenous partnerships across sectors including insurance, construction, real estate, automotive, franchising, and branding. He is also the founder of major Indigenous economic conferences focused on ownership, reconciliation through commerce, collaboration, and long-term Indigenous prosperity that bring Nations, governments, and industry together nationwide to support shared economic futures.
