Ajey Meekis

Ajey currently serves as an Economic Development Officer with Windigo Community Development Corporation in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Since graduating from Lakehead University’s HBComm program, Ajey has held multiple roles which have helped sustainable community economic development. With a background in finance and previous experience working in banking and at an Indigenous Financial Institution, Ajey has worked with Indigenous entrepreneurs and community members. He is passionate about fostering community growth through economic empowerment and leveraging his expertise to promote sustainable development within First Nation Communities.
